We highly recommend customers allow ample time before hair appointments, travel plans, and special occasions for unplanned delays. All international orders must go through customs.
Customs policies and procedures vary per country. We will not mark packages as ‘gifts’ on customs forms. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any customs fees or duties required to receive your package.
